Brand Enhancement Technician

Job Summary

The Brand Enhancement Technician is responsible for cleaning and maintaining 7‑Eleven properties using high‑pressure water spray, painting, and marking parking lots and other surfaces to ensure clean and safe navigation. The work orders handled are both preventative and reactive in nature.

• Inspect surfaces to determine the appropriate washing technique
• Set up and operate power washing equipment
• Remove dirt, grime, mold, graffiti, loose paint and gum from various surfaces
• Apply detergents or cleaning solutions before power washing
• Follow safety procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on power washing equipment
• Operate striping machines, including hand‑held and ride‑on units
• Measure and mark areas for painting using chalk lines or guide marks, including ADA templates
• Apply paint evenly and accurately along pre‑determined patterns
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and ADA guidelines
• Maintain striping equipment and perform minor repairs
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques
• Clean or remove graffiti from building and company‑owned structures
• Clean or paint canopies and under‑decking
• Utilize reclamation equipment when and where required
• Light interior and exterior painting as needed
• General maintenance and image upkeep as needed (lighting, ceiling tiles, wall repair, etc.)
• Ensure ADA signage is in compliance and legible
• Confirm work is completed and finalized to an acceptable level
• Follow proper uniform guidelines
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners
• Maintain company vehicle and schedule vehicle maintenance
• Follow shift expectation start times defined by ASM; available to work flexible hours upon request with reasonable notice
• Manage assigned inventory of parts and tools and meet auditing expectations of +/- 1% while also maintaining appropriate part levels

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ year experience in a similar maintenance role
• Valid driver’s license
