Auto Body Technician

Service Center Arlington VA – We are seeking experienced collision repair technicians to join our team. At Caliber, you will use modern equipment to repair fenders, frames and other vehicle structures, ensuring safety and quality while helping customers get back on the road.

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds
• Conduct panel and structural work, restoring bent, twisted or torn parts to factory specifications
• Complete quality reassembly: fit and finish, tightened bolts, perfected welds
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move vehicles through the process
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring safety and tidiness

• Minimum 2 years of collision repair experience
• Proficiency in frame and structural work: pulling, straightening, squaring
• No-shortcuts mentality – blueprint it, fix it right the first time
• Sharp eye for detail – commitment to tightened bolts and perfected welds
• Physical fitness: able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Team‑first attitude: ability to collaborate across departments
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
