- Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings and facilities at Fort Myer, Virginia and Fort McNair, Washington, D.C.;
Respond to maintenance repair service calls for HVAC, domestic equipment, plumbing, electrical, and related systems.;
Plan and lay out work for estimates on materials and equipment for maintenance repairs.;
Operate a van-type truck (up to one ton) to transport tools and equipment to work sites.;
Work as a journeyman level technician solo or with a lower-graded worker; maintain compliance with safety standards and certifications.
