Paradigm is seeking a Service Technician to join our service team at our Arlington, VA community. You will assess and complete work orders for repairs and improvements, including electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, painting and HVAC tasks.
You’ll help prepare apartments, handle on-call rotations, and support maintenance operations to keep our residents satisfied. The ideal candidate has residential maintenance experience, strong customer service, and reliable transportation.
