Arlington Public Schools is seeking a 1.0 Building Operating Engineer, M-13, located at Gunston Middle School in Arlington, VA. On-site position responsible for HVAC, plumbing, electrical upkeep and preventive maintenance, working with Energy Management personnel.
Requires a high school diploma, formal apprenticeship in building trades, and extensive HVAC/maintenance experience;
Journey License in HVAC/plumbing/electricity and CFC certification preferred.
