Maintenance Engineer II

This position requires an individual who is highly skilled in general maintenance tasks and can act independently while analyzing and resolving specific problems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform regular maintenance on hotel equipment, HVAC systems, and electrical systems.
• Respond and attend to guest repair requests and ensure all work is carried out promptly while adhering to service standards.
• Assist in monitoring building systems and fire safety equipment to ensure compliance with current health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with various teams to discuss maintenance plans and activities necessary for the upkeep of the facilities.
• Keep a daily log of tasks, noting any completed repairs and identifying issues for future attention.
