Maintenance Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them.
• Respond quickly to emergencies, often after hours.
• Oversee and plan upgrades and renovations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain a daily log of tasks and coordinate with the facilities management team.
• Provide training and support to junior engineering staff.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
