Dweck Properties is seeking a Maintenance Tech to be the community’s go-to for routine upkeep, service requests, and preparing apartments for new residents. The role includes on-call emergency responses on a rotating basis and a Monday–Friday schedule with after-hours as needed.
You will inspect and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems and appliances, use Yardi for records, and keep the property safe and attractive for residents and visitors alike.
