Path Forward in Arlington, VA is looking for a full-time Shelter Monitor responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of shelter residents. You will work collaboratively with Case Managers to aid residents in completing their Individual Housing Plans.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Services or equivalent experience in social services, along with strong communication skills. This role requires working overnight shifts and involves multiple responsibilities including supervising program activities and maintaining a secure environment.
