Doorways-For-Women-and-Families in Arlington, VA seeks a Home Coordinator to support survivors of domestic and sexual violence in the Safe housing Program. This on-site, full-time role covers shelter operations, crisis response, case management, and 24-hour hotline back-up.
You will supervise children, run meetings, document interactions, and ensure safety and confidentiality per agency policy while assisting volunteers and reporting to Shelter Manager.
