Weare seeking ahighly qualified and experienced Android Developer. Asanadvanced-level developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our mobile application, ensuring high performance, reliability, and excellent user experience.

Work model:
Office or Hybrid — The position requires attending the office inKyiv 3times aweek.

• Develop, and maintain Android applications, ensuring high performance, reliability, and exceptional user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, todefine requirements and turn them into innovative app features.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance tojunior developers, fostering aculture of continuous learning and growth.
• Stay updated with the latest Android trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption toenhance development processes.
• Conduct code reviews, identify and resolve technical debt, and maintain coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Optimize app performance and implement new features with afocus onuser engagement and retention.

• Proven experience (5+years) developing Android applications, with astrong portfolio of successful apps.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java programming languages, aswell as Android SDK and Android Studio.
• Deep understanding of Android app architecture, design patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVP), and best practices. VIPER will beaplus
• Kotlin coroutines on Android
• Knowledge and practical experience with Jetpack Compose.
• CI/CD expertise
• Strong knowledge ofRESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention todetail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
