Overview

Sedaro is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to architect our workflow orchestration system. Proliferating satellite constellations require optimization studies involving unprecedented scale and complexity. You will design and build the knowledge engine to unlock this scale.

What You’ll Do

• Architect Lean solutions with impactful incremental deliverables

• Optimize multi-cloud systems for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency

• Design and implement system observability with actionable alerting and measurable SLOs

• Drive operational excellence through infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and observability practices

• Lead root cause analysis and blameless post-mortem discussions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience

• 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering

• Deep expertise with workflow orchestration or event-driven architectures

• Experience with relational and key-value databases

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, terraform

• Experience driving performance through observability

• Proficiency in at least one server-side programming language

• Experience leading incident response and root cause analysis
