Overview
CGI Federal is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to lead the design and development of complex software applications. Responsibilities- Lead the development of complex software applications.
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Mentor junior developers and guide technical decision-making.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
- Troubleshoot and optimize software performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in software development or related technical roles.
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript/React, C#, Python, and SQL.
- Experience in integrating applications with various data sources and APIs.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with modern development practices, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies.
- Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Developer, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $.
