Dev Technology is looking for a passionate Software Developer to join their dynamic team!

In this role, you will develop, deploy, and maintain mission‑critical applications that drive government initiatives forward.

You will work with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Kanban, and Dev Sec Ops , collaborating closely with users to define system scope and objectives and contributing to key design decisions.

• Develop, deploy, and maintain mission‑critical applications using Java, C#, C++, and Golang.
• Provide expert support and technical advice during the conceptualization, development, and implementation phases, transforming requirements into innovative solutions. Collaborate with users to define system scope and objectives and contribute to key design decisions.
• Lead new development and re‑engineering efforts
  , making crucial system design decisions and implementing enhancements to existing systems. Coordinate with other developers and perform QA/testing as needed.
• Deliver comprehensive software development services across all tiers, including UI, Java, and Oracle. Utilize Dev Ops tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Maven.
• Perform database programming using SQL, Oracle DB, Postgre
  
  SQL DB, and MySQL.
• Apply test‑driven development practices and manage Cloud and AWS administration tasks.
• Support the setup of AWS infrastructure and leverage experience with Red Hat/Open Shift version 4.x.
• Utilize Dev Ops and Agile methodologies
  , including Scrum, to drive the software development lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of development experience.
• Experience with Java programming language.
• Experience with Golang.
• Experience with Dev Ops tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Maven.
• Relational Database experience (RDBMS).
• Experience in Docker, AWS Admin, and Red Hat/Open Shift v4.x.

• Experience with C++.
• Experience implementing and configuring Dev Ops solutions.
• Experience in Struts and RESTful services.
• Experience in Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL, and SQL

• Experience in UNIX/LINUX shell scripting.
• Certification in SAFe, SCRUM, or Kanban.

Estimated salary range: $120,000–$140,000. This range is not guaranteed; actual compensation is based on education, experience, location, and contractual factors. Salary could fall outside this range.
