Key Responsibilities- Lead development and launch of core product features focused on processing analytics at scale.
- Shape overall strategy and define product feature road‑maps.
- Drive system architecture and design scalable, reliable solutions.
- Spearhead best practices ensuring a quality product.
- Deliver new features and products consistently.
- Collaborate effectively with business and technical partners.
- Create reliable, scalable, high‑performance products.
- Apply strong computer‑science fundamentals and practical experience building large‑scale distributed systems.
- Produce high‑quality technology in a hyper‑growth environment with shifting priorities.
The HIRISE team transforms data and insights into interactive, personalized products and online assessments that support Amazon’s hiring of top‑tier candidates. Working at the intersection of data insights and advanced candidate evaluation, you will create flexible solutions that adapt to rapid business growth.
Basic Qualifications- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, scaling).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
- 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience (coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, operations).
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
