The Role

You’ll be building the next generation of tools that are fundamentally changing how government technology works. We move fast, ship often, and solve complex problems with elegant solutions.

• Shape and own features from start to finish, driving how we build, design, and implement solutions that matter.
• Work across the full technical spectrum – from crafting robust APIs and type systems to building intuitive frontends and component libraries.
• Engage with users to understand their workflow and create solutions that transform how they work.
• Design and build data visualization tools that bring clarity to complex information.
• Develop innovative AI/ML solutions in a space that has so far been uncharted by modern and cohesive technology solutions.

• 6+ years of experience as a full‑stack software engineer, ideally in high‑growth startups.
• Proven ability to deliver end‑to‑end product features, from concept to user‑facing delivery.
• Startup or high‑growth company experience, demonstrating ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Fullstack, frontend, or backend (open to any generalist).
• Backend experience:
  Node.js or Type Script.
• Experience integrating data pipelines and APIs with frontend systems.
• Ability to work with UI/UX tools to create designs and translate them into production.
• Low‑ego and highly collaborative, with a “no task is below me” mindset.
• Excited about working in‑person 5 days/week in Arlington, VA.
• US citizenship/residency preferred (but not required) given the government‑facing nature of the work.
