- Design and enhance Power Apps (canvas & model‑driven) in GCC High, adhering to Section 508 accessibility, least‑privilege security, and FISMA standards.
- Implement Power Fx logic, reusable components, and responsive UX patterns.
- Develop workflows and automations using Power Automate (cloud flows, complex expressions, orchestrations).
- Design Dataverse tables, rules, and relationships.
- Integrate with external systems using REST/JSON APIs using Microsoft Entra (Gov) OAuth 2.0, managed identities/service principals, and (where applicable) Azure API Management (Gov).
- Develop custom components (PCF) using JavaScript/Type Script.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize solutions.
- Hands‑on Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) at enterprise scale.
- Strong Power Fx, JavaScript, JSON, Type Script, and REST API skills.
- Familiar with JavaScript/Type Script, PCF (React/Type Script), VS Code, Git, and Power Platform CLI.
- Experience with ALM/Dev Sec Ops using managed solutions, CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops/Git Hub), quality gates, code reviews, and automated validations.
- Practical agile experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, and iterative delivery.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- PL‑200, PL‑400 or other Power Platform certifications are preferred.
- 3+ years Power Platform experience.
- 7+ years of Software Development experience.
- Must reside within the DC Metro area with the ability to attend on‑site client meetings.
- Power Platform Well‑Architected Framework.
- Experience in regulated environments (public sector, healthcare, finance) or familiarity with GCC High considerations.
- Performance engineering for Dataverse/Power Apps/Power BI; load testing.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI or Copilot Studio assisted development.
- Familiar with FedRAMP/FISMA/NIST 800‑53 aligned practices: logging, auditing, evidence capture; supporting ATO documentation.
- Accessibility:
Section 508 / WCAG conformance in UI and reports.
