• Design and enhance Power Apps (canvas & model‑driven) in GCC High, adhering to Section 508 accessibility, least‑privilege security, and FISMA standards.
• Implement Power Fx logic, reusable components, and responsive UX patterns.
• Develop workflows and automations using Power Automate (cloud flows, complex expressions, orchestrations).
• Design Dataverse tables, rules, and relationships.
• Integrate with external systems using REST/JSON APIs using Microsoft Entra  (Gov) OAuth 2.0, managed identities/service principals, and (where applicable) Azure API Management (Gov).
• Develop custom components (PCF) using JavaScript/Type Script.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize solutions.

• Hands‑on Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) at enterprise scale.
• Strong Power Fx, JavaScript, JSON, Type Script, and REST API skills.
• Familiar with JavaScript/Type Script, PCF (React/Type Script), VS Code, Git, and Power Platform CLI.
• Experience with ALM/Dev Sec Ops  using managed solutions, CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops/Git Hub), quality gates, code reviews, and automated validations.
• Practical agile experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, and iterative delivery.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• PL‑200, PL‑400 or other Power Platform certifications are preferred.

• 3+ years Power Platform experience.
• 7+ years of Software Development experience.
• Must reside within the DC Metro area with the ability to attend on‑site client meetings.

• Power Platform Well‑Architected Framework.
• Experience in regulated environments (public sector, healthcare, finance) or familiarity with GCC High considerations.
• Performance engineering for Dataverse/Power Apps/Power BI; load testing.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI or Copilot Studio assisted development.
• Familiar with FedRAMP/FISMA/NIST 800‑53 aligned practices: logging, auditing, evidence capture; supporting ATO documentation.
• Accessibility:
  Section 508 / WCAG conformance in UI and reports.
