• Employ software development techniques and methodologies to solve tough analytical challenges supporting national security threats.
• Use development skills to automate manual analytical processes.
• Expand beyond specializations to include front‑end UI, back‑end microservices, web services, cloud architectures, databases and other persistent data stores.
• Deploy developed IT solutions, user applications, databases and other IT capabilities.
• Design and develop specialized user solutions, applications and databases using a hybrid Agile approach within a Dev Ops environment.
• Provide Tier3 technical support for deployed applications and databases.
• Use code versioning tools such as Git.
• Use cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Maintain code integrity and organization.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and launch new features, coordinating and documenting deployment procedures and release plans.
• Learn and use the latest software tools, methods, and technologies to solve real‑world problems vital to national security.
• Support off‑hours deployment such as evenings or weekends.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Understanding of cloud architectures and enabling tools, such as AWS Cloud (Gov Cloud/C2S) and Amazon Web Managed Services (AWS).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Angular, Type Script, Node.js, MongoDB, JSON, SQL and XML.
• High experience level with back‑end programming languages such as Java/Spring and Python.
• Experience with data stores MongoDB, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, S3, Redshift, Redis and Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with jQuery, ASP/.Net, No
  
  SQL, PL/SQL, LDAP, HTTP, REST/SOAP and RDBMS.
• Experience with configuration management and CI tools such as Git/Git Lab, Jenkins, Sonar Qube, Maven, Ansible and Chef.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix server environments.
• Experience with Agile development methodology.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, JMS/SQS/SNS, Kafka, AWS Lambda, NiFi, and deployment automation.
• Understanding of public keys and digital certificates.
• Experience with automated testing patterns and tools such as Mocha/Chai, JUnit, NUnit, TestNG.
• Experience with Dev Ops environments.
• Expertise in COTS, GOTS and open‑source tools supporting the development of data integration and visualization applications.
• Specialization in object‑oriented programming languages, scripting and databases.
• Familiarity with Python, Groovy and Shell Script.
