ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview

As a Service Now Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications, workflows, integrations, and service portal solutions within the Service Now platform. You will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement automated processes, develop advanced reporting and analytics, and provide Tier 3 support to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient service delivery.

Develop and maintain Service Now solutions that support ITSM and ITOM processes across the enterprise. Assess existing business processes and SharePoint-based workflows, recommending and implementing scalable Service Now solutions. Design, configure, and customize Service Now applications, workflows, forms, and integrations using platform best practices.

You will need to have 3+ years of Service Now development experience, 3+ years of ITSM/ITOM implementation experience, and experience evaluating existing business processes to recommend and implement appropriate Service Now-based solutions. You will also need to have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, Glide Script, and Service Now APIs, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with customer service and troubleshooting skills.

• 3+ years of Service Now development experience
• 3+ years of ITSM/ITOM implementation experience
• Experience evaluating existing business processes to recommend and implement appropriate Service Now-based solutions
• Experience with Service Now Performance Analytics
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, Glide Script, and Service Now APIs
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision in a highly charged and fast-paced environment
• Active Secret security clearance
