The gist
You’ll be one of the first engineers shaping the products our own studio runs on — Unstuck OS, Just Ask, Summon, and whatever’s next. This is a high-ownership role: you’ll touch product decisions, architecture, and the actual shipping, often in the same week.
What you’ll do- Build and ship features end to end across our product suite.
- Make pragmatic architecture calls that keep us fast without painting us into corners.
- Work directly with founders and design — short feedback loops, no telephone game.
- Set engineering patterns the next hires will inherit.
- 3+ years building production web apps with React and Type Script.
- Full-stack range: you’re comfortable with APIs, databases, and deploys.
- Bias to ship, paired with the judgment to know when not to.
- You like ambiguity and small teams.
- Startup or studio experience.
- AI product experience.
- You've been a technical co-founder before.
