Job Description:

Cydecor is seeking a Full Stack Application Developer to support the design, development, testing, and deployment of secure, high-quality web applications supporting Federal financial systems. This role contributes across the full software development lifecycle while adhering to established coding standards, security best practices, and documentation requirements within a regulated government environment.

Responsibilities include:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy front-end and back-end components of web applications and systems
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
  • Develop high-quality, maintainable, and secure code in accordance with established coding standards and security best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve software defects and performance issues
  • Develop, execute, and document test plans and testing results
  • Contribute to system and technical documentation to ensure compliance with Federal standards
  • Support and enhance Federal financial systems in a compliance-driven environment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement reliable and secure application solutions
Here’s what you need:
  • Five (5) years of experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying full-stack (front-end and back-end) web applications
  • Five (5) years of experience across the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment
  • Five (5) years of experience developing high-quality, maintainable code and participating in code reviews and design discussions
  • Five (5) years of experience troubleshooting and resolving software defects and developing and executing test plans
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Federal financial systems
  • Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and adherence to established security standards
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience providing IT services in a Federal or DoW environment
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven development and documentation standards
Security Clearance:

Active Secret Clearance

Education:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; five (5) years of experience providing IT services to DoW may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.

Hybrid Compensation and Benefits:

The projected compensation range for this position is $126,000-$180,000.
