, you will provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle, designing and implementing scalable enterprise applications, cloud-native solutions, and modern web-based systems. • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise software applications and web-based solutions.
• Provide engineering and programming support for mission and infrastructure-related projects.
• Lead software design efforts and contribute throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Analyze user and business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design application architectures, workflows, models, and technical diagrams to support development efforts.
• Develop and customize software applications to improve operational efficiency and mission effectiveness.
• Support database design, integration, and development activities.
• Develop and maintain websites and web applications, including deployment and sustainment activities.
• Perform software testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and quality assurance activities.
• Provide technical analysis and reporting on project status, system performance, and development activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to junior developers and analysts.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Extensive experience developing enterprise applications and web-based software solutions.
• Strong experience with Java application development.
• Experience developing front-end applications using Angular

• Experience designing and developing web services and APIs.
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments and supporting Lean Agile methodologies.
• Experience with source control and CI/CD tools including Git and Jenkins

• Experience with continuous integration, automated testing, Dev Ops practices, and software quality assurance.
• Familiarity with Linux operating environments.
• Experience translating formal and informal requirements into scalable software solutions.
