PeopleSoft Developer – HCM

Experience: 5+ Years People Soft Development

We are seeking an experienced People Soft HCM Developer to design, build, enhance, and support People Soft HCM applications within a Federal environment
.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on People Soft development experience across customizations, interfaces, reports, and data conversions
, with experience supporting core HCM modules including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor
.

This role will work within a SAFe/Agile environment
, collaborating closely with architects, business analysts, functional teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality HCM solutions.

• Design, develop, test, and support People Soft HCM customizations
  .
• Develop and maintain People Soft applications using People Code, Application Engine, and related development tools
  .
• Build and support interfaces and integrations between People Soft and external systems.
• Develop and maintain People Soft reports, processes, and batch programs
  .
• Support data conversions, migrations, and validation activities
  .
• Work across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and production issues.
• Collaborate with functional analysts, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical design sessions.
• Develop technical documentation and follow established development and security standards.
• Support application upgrades, enhancements, testing, and ongoing People Soft modernization initiatives.

• 5+ years of People Soft development experience
  .
• 3+ years of experience working in a Federal HCM environment
  .
• Strong hands-on experience with People Code
  .
• Strong experience with Application Engine
  .
• Experience developing People Soft interfaces, reports, customizations, and conversions
  .
• Experience supporting one or more of the following People Soft HCM modules:
• Core HR
• Payroll
• Time & Labor
• Experience working in SAFe, Agile, or Scrum environments
  .
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Must be able to work onsite in Arlington, VA
  .

• Experience with People Soft Integration Broker
  .
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and enterprise integrations
  .
• Experience with SQL and Oracle databases
  .
• Experience supporting People Soft upgrades and modernization projects.
• Experience with People Tools development and administration.
• Experience working on large-scale Federal HCM implementations
  .
• People Soft certifications or Oracle certifications.
