Alldus is currently recruiting for an experienced People Soft CRM Developer to support a major federal People Soft environment in Arlington, VA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting People Soft CRM solutions within a complex federal environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and support People Soft CRM customizations and enhancements.
- Develop solutions using People Code, Application Engine, Application Packages, and other People Soft development tools.
- Build and maintain integrations, interfaces, reports, and data conversions.
- Support troubleshooting, defect resolution, upgrades, and ongoing platform enhancements.
- Work closely with functional teams, business analysts, architects, and federal stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Follow People Soft development standards and best practices.
- Support delivery within a SAFe/Agile federal environment.
- 5+ years of People Soft development experience.
- Strong experience working with People Soft CRM.
- Strong hands-on experience with People Code and Application Engine.
- Experience with People Soft integrations, interfaces, reports, and customizations.
- Previous experience supporting large or complex People Soft environments.
- 3+ years of experience within a federal environment preferred.
- Experience working within Agile or SAFe environments.
