Prime Response Inc. (PRI) is seeking an experienced Logistics /Material Coordinator to support large-scale logistics and warehouse operations in Arlington, VA / Washington, DC. This role is responsible forend-to-end logistics coordination, warehouse management, and movement of personnel and equipment across multiple locations in support of government and commercial operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused,and experienced working with senior leadership in complex operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Coordinators shall perform all logistics coordination duties,including but not limited to:
- Perform data entry and assettracking in DPAS and other logistics systems
- Plan, coordinate, and execute movementof equipment and personnel to and from:
- Warehouses
- Lease facilities
- Customer and project locations
- Conduct warehouse logistics operations , including:
- Inventory management
- Issuing, transferring, andturn-in of property
- Receiving and shippingactivities
- Coordinate and support large-scalemoves, relocations, and surplus operations
- Perform technical evaluations of third-party logistics vendors to support moving, relocation, and delivery requirements
- Manage and track logistics actionitems to completion
- Ensure compliance with applicable government and company logistics policies
- Provide professional,customer-focused communication to internal and external stakeholders
- Interface with senior leadership to deliver high-quality, mission-focused logistics support
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of logistics or warehouse management experience
- Minimum 10 years total experience in warehouse and logistics operations on large-scale projects
- Material Handling Equipment (MHE) experience required
- U.S. Citizen with a valid U.S. driver’slicense
- Fluent and literate in English (written and verbal)
- Experience working with governmentor commercial property databases (e.g., DPAS)
- Experience with craftingprofessional customer focused communications
- Proven experience managing people,processes, and action items
- Strong organizational skills withthe ability to manage competing priorities and workloads
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide professional services in high-visibility environments
- Experience managing logisticspersonnel and operational processes
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Ability to work independently andas part of a team
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience supporting government contracts
- Experience in large facilitymoves, warehouse stand-ups, or surplus operations
- Familiarity with propertyaccountability and audit readiness
