As a Sortation Warehouse Associate you will group and route thousands of packages so they reach the correct local delivery hubs quickly. Your daily duties include:

• Read complex digital routing labels and pull packages off the conveyor belt to sort them into specific geographical chutes or postal carts.
• Build tightly packed pallets of boxes, secure them with shrink wrap, and manage pallet architecture to maintain stability.
• Use manual pallet jacks to transport wrapped pallets into the bellies of outbound 18‑wheel semi‑trailers and stage them for over‑the‑road drivers.
• Work closely with teammates to clear loads during rush periods and keep the supply chain moving seamlessly.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience, internships, or significant project work is preferred for entry‑level positions.
