Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification in School Psychology
• Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
• Expertise in psychological and psycho-educational assessment
• Strong skills in counseling, consultation, and collaboration with students, families, and staff
• Demonstrated commitment to supporting diverse student needs and fostering a positive learning environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Prior experience as a School Psychologist within a K-12 setting is preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students' academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct counseling services and mental health support to students
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to offer strategies that support student success
• Participate in crisis intervention and prevention planning
• Deliver staff development on topics such as behavioral interventions, mental health awareness, and student well-being
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
