Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I)

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will begin your career by acquiring the necessary Securities Industry licenses. Dedicated and personalized classes will support you in obtaining your Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams. Once licensed, you will learn the foundational skills needed to be an advisor—building, managing, and guiding client relationships so they can achieve their financial goals in a humanized manner.

Upon reaching key milestones, you will begin working in a financial center to deliver Bank of America's core banking, investment solutions, and client‑care approach.

After demonstrating success as a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you typically progress to Stage II to further deepen relationships within a portfolio of clients. Success can lead to advancement into many roles across Bank of America and Merrill, with ongoing support from Academy programs and resources.

Attention:
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees involved in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and maintain good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain the SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination.

Monday thru Friday, some Saturdays required.

Schedule Example: 8 am – 5 pm, 9 am – 6 pm, etc.

• Earn your Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses via structured lessons and dedicated study time. You must obtain your SIE within 30 days of being hired and your Series 7 & 66 within 120 days— a requirement for the role.
• Build your network by interacting with banking customers, small‑business owners, and higher net‑worth clients.
• Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Collaborate with core banking and investment partners, connecting clients to solutions that meet virtually all their financial needs.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

$28.85 – $33.65 per hour, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.

This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
