This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to work on complex transactions within a growing international defense organization.

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate acquisition opportunities through company and industry research, financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling.
  • Support transaction execution, including screening, due diligence, process management, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
  • Prepare investment analyses, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Conduct market and industry research to support transaction evaluation and strategic decision making.
  • Support M&A pipeline management, reporting, transaction tracking, and process improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, research, and analytical skills.
  • Experience evaluating companies, transactions, or investment opportunities.
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills, including experience preparing materials for senior executives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, government contracting, manufacturing, or another regulated industry is preferred. Experience supporting transaction diligence, government-related market research, or cross-border transactions is a plus.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
What You Can Expect
  • Direct exposure to senior leadership across North America and Europe.
  • Hands-on involvement across the full transaction lifecycle, from opportunity assessment through execution.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders, advisors, and business leaders in an international environment.
  • The opportunity to help shape the growth of a leading global defense organization.
