Medical Assistant – Arlington, WA

Full-Time – Monday‑Thursday – 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay: $21‑$23 /hr (DOE)

Mt. Baker Pain Clinic in Arlington is looking for a dependable and patient‑focused Medical Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy working in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment and want to play a meaningful role in helping patients feel better, we’d love to connect with you.

You’ll work closely with providers and fellow team members to ensure patients receive attentive, efficient care from check‑in through follow‑up. This role is hands‑on and ideal for someone who enjoys building patient relationships while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

• Assist providers during patient visits, exams, and procedures
• Handle patient intake, rooming, and documentation
• Support medication coordination and triage communication
• Provide pre‑ and post‑procedure support and education
• Help maintain clinic flow and a positive patient experience

• 2+ years of experience as a CMA or CNA (preferred)
• Willingness to obtain MA‑R certification if not already licensed
• Previous experience in pain management or a specialty clinic is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a team‑first attitude
• Ability to float between Arlington and Burlington locations as needed

• $21‑$23 /hr, depending on experience
