Certified Hand Therapist (Occupational Therapist)
Pride Health is hiring a Certified Hand Therapist (Occupational Therapist) to support our client in a healthcare setting. This is a temporary assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Location - Arlington, WA 98223
13 weeks contract
Schedule:
Flexible | 36–40 Hours/Week Monday–Friday (Option to work 4 days/week)
Pay - $44/hr on W2
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients recovering from hand injuries and hand surgeries.
- Develop and implement individualized hand therapy treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with physicians and the rehabilitation team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and patient-centered care.
- Active Washington State Occupational Therapist (OT) License.
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification through the Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC).
- Experience providing hand therapy in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
