We are seeking a Cloud Systems Architect with experience in cloud infrastructure to engineer and support public, private, and hybrid clouds. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a variety of cloud hosts, including Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure at a minimum.

• Knowledgeable of the most recent updates and developments and acting as an advisor to our customers regarding cloud management strategies to take advantage of cloud computing benefits such as unrestricted workloads, scalable workstations, and pay‑only‑what‑you‑use pricing.
• Collaborate with the IT Security team to manage and maintain cloud systems security of data and network resources.
• Engineer on customer‑premise applications and systems interconnected to cloud resources.
• Design and define system architecture for new or existing complex computer systems.
• Determine system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility and system security maintenance.
• Coordinate design of subsystems and integration of the total system, identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies.
• Develop and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance for database administrators and software developers.

• Experience with and a complete understanding of the technology required for cloud computing.
• Experience with skills to migrate applications to the cloud.
• Ability to build relationships between customers and team members.
• Knowledge to integrate services and tools in all areas such as networks and data processing.
• Ability to implement security information and event management to keep customers’ assets safe.
• Experience meeting or exceeding cloud provider service‑level agreements for AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages including Python, PHP, Java, Node, and Ruby on Rails.
• Typical requirement:
  Bachelor’s degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience.
