Here at CGS, we are seeking a Program Manager/Training Lead to assist with the design, development, and delivery of training for internal and external audiences for a government client. - Review draft Training Plans and collaborate with the transformation readiness team to finalize.
- Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training as defined in the VCF Transformation Training Plan, with test scenarios and myVCF system screenshots provided by the system integrator to inform training materials.
- Design, develop, and co-deliver VCF Substantive training for VCF staff on end-to-end claims lifecycle processes, including curriculum and standardized materials related to policies and procedures for claim review, claim administration, quality control, and payment. Materials will be provided by VCF subject matter experts and co-delivered by the vendor training team. Training will be instructor-led, in-person, and virtual for approximately 10–75 VCF staff members depending on subject matter.
- Create user-friendly, professional graphics and communication media for How-To Guides, website content, and other communications to inform and educate the public, law firms, and VCF staff about VCF Transformation and related process and system changes.
- Partner with the VCF team and the system integrator to support staff during the transition and rollout of transformed claim review and operational processes. Determine the overall training schedule and timeline with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team.
- Design and develop myVCF system training using training materials delivered by the MyVCF System Integrator.
- Develop internal and external communication materials, including Power Points, handouts, and support for focus groups, as directed by the VCF.
- Submit all communications and training materials for approval by VCF and track through the approval process, ensuring prioritization and necessary adjustments are made.
- Ability to design and develop a comprehensive training approach, curriculum, and materials, including manuals, tutorials, and e-learning modules.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and guide the training team, coordinate schedules with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team Lead, and communicate updates to VCF leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent training work streams, ensuring quality and on-time deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing training and communications teams and schedules to achieve outcomes.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Experience using Adobe Captivate for training development.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and be a United States citizen.
