CGS is seeking a dedicated eDiscovery Technical Advisor to join a fast‑paced team and support legal accounts.

• Provide expertise in identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil and criminal litigation, FOIA, Congressional requests, and other inquiries.
• Provide criminal discovery support including identification, preservation, collection, processing, and production of ESI.
• Serve as the expert technical user of electronic discovery applications such as Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, Legal Hold Management Tool (LHMT) and the Veritas eDiscovery Platform.
• Work with the litigation team to develop discovery plans documenting search parameters (date range, keywords, custodians) for each case.
• Use electronic discovery software to collect data from FBI IT systems (e.g., MS‑Exchange, shared drives, desktops, text, instant messages) in accordance with the plan to support attorneys, paralegals, IMD personnel, and case agents.
• Analyze search/collection results for data gaps.
• Administer data inputs into an electronic discovery review platform (eDP): create cases, add collected source data, handle user access rights, upload data logs, de‑duplicate, identify gaps, merge/verify data, and ensure production quality in Bates numbering and load files.
• Coordinate collection results with FBI units responsible for processing discovery for review/redaction/release.
• Adhere to policies and technical procedures for using discovery software and provide training and technical assistance to attorneys, paralegals, and other users.
• Provide instructions on identifying, preserving, collecting, analyzing, and organizing ESI, including software usage.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to end users of the discovery platform repository.
• Document discovery plans and procedures for each case.
• Facilitate legal hold implementation, amendment, and lift requests submitted via LHMT.
• Provide eDiscovery collections on criminal cases.

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focusing on client solutions.
• 3 years of progressive experience on major litigation support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with technical and non‑technical teams.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
• Experience with eDiscovery Services covering all stages of the EDRM (File to Trial).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active preferred).
• BS/BA degree or equivalent; JD highly preferred.
