• Serve as a network-level Subject Matter Expert on the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), train and assist the local Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner, and support network initiatives.
• Drive RME standards roll‑out in North America initiatives and participate in network‑led projects.
• Act as a key CMMS user and lead programs to roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling, or reports; monitor implementation through reporting and audits.
• Analyze and improve forecasting of preventative maintenance routines to make equipment maintenance less intrusive and more effective.
• Compile equipment information, performance metrics, and machine histories; make recommendations for improvements based on findings.
• Collaborate with the Global Reliability Maintenance Engineering network on cost reduction and process improvement for spare parts management, equipment maintenance, and maintenance routines.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

• 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
