Cleaner – 62 and older active adult community “Affinity at Arlington.” The Cleaner will be responsible for general housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness of the community.
Responsibilities- Maintain a community culture focused on enhancing residents’ way of life while providing excellent customer service.
- Build strong rapport with residents.
- Clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces and common areas daily.
- Clean office spaces on a regular schedule set by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Use the apartment cleaning checklist to clean vacant apartment homes after each move‑out.
- Clean and organize the pool house: straighten chairs on the pool deck, clean public bathrooms with showers, vacuum and dust amenity spaces.
- Remove used towels in the pool area and replace them with freshly laundered towels daily.
- Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Assist in removing debris from outside public spaces, amenity spaces, and common areas and empty public trash cans.
- Clean elevator cab, lobby, and door tracks as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures and Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications- Team player with a “we over me” approach.
- Self‑motivated, determined, ambitious.
- Excellent communication skills – proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- Preferred:
Janitorial experience in hotel or residential management. - Computer skills: email, Microsoft Office, web‑based training navigation.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Reliable transportation.
- Competitive pay $21–$23 per hour (based on experience).

- Weather: indoor and outdoor work with exposure to extreme temperatures and uneven surfaces.
- Noise: occasional high‑volume exposure, hearing protection provided.
- Moving objects: potential injury from moving objects.
- Pace of work: fast‑paced.
- Work with others: moderate, intermittent but necessary.
