Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor – Swire Coca-Cola

Responsible for supervising the warehousing and shipping of incoming and outgoing materials and managing warehouse personnel.

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring adherence to safety operating procedures.
• Schedule warehouse team members to meet facility demands.
• Allocate necessary space for stock rotation.
• Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control.
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable.
• Secure company assets.
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of warehouse/inventory experience required.
• 2-4 years of supervising warehouse staff required.
• Experience managing budget required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs.
• Proficient with SAP or similar MRP programs.
• Able to lead front-line employees effectively – may work in a unionized environment.
• Able to handle conflict.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack required.
• Ability to lift product (up to 50 lb) frequently and repetitively required.

Base pay range is $80,169 to $85,863 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay will vary based on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
