CGS is seeking a dedicated eDiscovery Program Manager to join a fast‑paced, hard‑working team that supports legal accounts. The role focuses on managing eDiscovery program staff, coordinating administrative logistics, ensuring compliance with government security and technical requirements, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate will collaborate closely with government leads and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, on‑time results.

Skills And Attributes For Success
  • Provide Discovery Program contractor staff management support including schedule notifications, work assignments, and coverage.
  • Ensure daily time entry is recorded by all contract staff.
  • Coordinate administrative activities for new contract staff with FBI security, IT, and other units.
  • Mentor and assist new team members to perform daily tasks.
  • Address performance or personnel issues within the contracted staff.
  • Manage client expectations and deliverables; communicate clearly and timely.
  • Initiate process improvement initiatives and facilitate communication, planning, and resource management across stakeholders.
  • Provide technical and eDiscovery subject‑matter expertise to support the full life‑cycle management of program resources.
  • Participate in teleconferences or meetings to review, educate, and support program objectives.
  • Assist in managing the Legal Clerical mailbox and tasks.
  • Develop and track clerical and IT project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Assist with providing information sought by clients to support Change Requests and Contract Modifications.
  • Oversee and monitor all scheduled system maintenances in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Review system and application logs and related reports to verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
  • Review and report technical assessments, including required tasks and estimates.
  • Oversee and monitor Veritas eDiscovery version 10 or industry‑recognized review platform processes.
  • Oversee and monitor the system administration of Microsoft Exchange 2019 and 2022.
  • Oversee and monitor the administration and support of Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 across physical and virtual infrastructure.
  • Oversee and monitor the performance of DNS, WINS, DHCP, and LDAP compliant directories.
  • Oversee and monitor Discovery’s IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure/AWS), and network architecture.
  • Comply with contract terms and conditions; work collaboratively with the COR to define and execute all reports and other deliverables.
  • Ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to meet 24/7/365 requirements as identified by OGC Leadership.
  • Formulate and enforce work standards; assign contractor schedules.
  • Communicate instructions and report findings to non‑technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with the COR and OGC Government Leads to define and execute all reports.
  • Provide the Task Lead(s) and COR with cost and staffing estimates relative to the completion of existing tasks and potential additions.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and support all activities identified in the contract.
  • Ensure conformance with RFQ schedules and costs.
  • Monitor employee performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement training programs and remedial actions as necessary.
  • Review work discrepancies.
  • Prepare, review, and submit required reports and communicate policies, purpose, and goals to subordinates.
  • Be responsible for overall RFQ performance and quality assurance.
  • Provide timekeeping and invoicing for labor hours, travel, and ODCs.
  • Ensure program/project schedule, performance, and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain a qualified and certified contractor workforce to meet government needs.
  • Provide direct supervision, program control, scheduling, and management of contractor personnel.
  • Assist in all project management task performance.
  • Resolve problems, issues, or conflicts as required.
  • Prioritize tasks and assignments to contractor workforce based on government direction and best practices.
