Machine Operator​/Parts Department

Are you a skilled machine operator looking for a new challenge? Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join the Parts Department of an industrial company in Arlington, WA. This role involves operating various machinery and handling materials to manufacture steel parts. This is a full‑time, permanent position offering day shift hours and a great benefits package upon hire.

Day

Shift: Monday - Friday: 6:00 A.M. – 2:30 P.M. (Overtime 6:00 A.M. – 3:30 P.M.) and every other Saturday: 6:00 A.M. – 2:30 P.M.
Swing Shift: Monday - Thursday: 2:30 P.M. – 1:00 A.M. (Overtime) and every other Friday: 2:30 P.M. – 1:00 A.M.

$22 - $26/hr (based on skills and ability)

• Operate automated steel angle and steel flatbar parts line (Anglematic).
• Operate large and small steel punch and steel shear equipment for manufacturing small parts.
• Handle materials using roller/conveyor systems.
• Operate large band saws.
• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Must obtain Forklift and Crane Operator certifications after hire.
• Opportunity to operate both smaller and large industrial‑sized forklifts.
• Read a tape measure.

• Must be willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
• Excellent longevity at previous employers (farming experience is a plus!).
• Proven experience in operating industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Willingness to obtain necessary certifications.
