Registered Nurse (PACU / Pre-Op) – Ambulatory Surgery Center
Location:
Arlington, WA 98223
Schedule:
4x10 hour shifts (Monday–Friday) | Shift Options: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with PACU experience to join a fast-paced Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). This role supports both pre-operative and post-anesthesia care, with a strong focus on patient safety, education, and clinical workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct pre-operative patient admissions and assessments
- Prepare patients for surgical and GI procedures
- Provide patient education regarding procedures and recovery
- Start and manage IV access
- Monitor and care for patients during Phase 1 & Phase 2 recovery
- Perform post-operative assessments
- Deliver post-procedure education and discharge instructions
- Discontinue IVs and safely discharge patients
- Maintain efficient workflow in a high-volume ASC environment
- Associate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
