ER Registered Nurse — Travel Assignment in Arlington, WA. Start date 07/20/2026 for 13 weeks. Shift is 3x12 Nights. • Deliver direct patient care in the ER, including initial triage, continuous assessment, monitoring, and disposition planning for a diverse patient population.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and fluids per physician orders and established protocols; perform basic procedures as trained and permitted.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and the care team to maintain patient safety, accurate documentation, and efficient patient flow in a high‑acuity setting.
• Monitor vital signs and neurologic status, document findings in the electronic health record, and escalate changes in condition promptly.
• Support rapid assessment and resuscitation efforts, including trauma activation when needed, and contribute to discharge planning and patient education.

• Active WA State Registered Nurse license
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC (American Heart Association)
• Ability to work 3x12 night shifts
• Ability to float between locations as needed
• Willingness to adhere to contract terms, including potential for up to 3 shift call‑offs per contract

• Dedicated travel support and recruiter assistance throughout the assignment
• Credentialing assistance to facilitate onboarding and start timing
• Ongoing support from the Healthforce Healthcare LLC team during the assignment
• Guaranteed hours as specified in the contract
