Quality Engineer Opportunity
Join a hands-on Quality Engineering role in supporting complex aerospace manufacturing programs. This position is ideal for someone with strong experience in audits, FAIs, and aerospace quality standards who can work independently and collaborate across teams.
This organization manufactures high-precision structural components used in major commercial and regional aircraft programs. Their work spans critical aircraft sections including wings, pylons, and interior structures. The team operates with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement, supported by strong customer relationships across the aerospace industry.

Job Type: This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity.
Quality Engineer Responsibilities:
- Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements
- Prepare and review First Article Inspections (FAIs) per AS9102 standards
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to support manufacturing and inspection teams
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for nonconforming products
- Interface with customers and suppliers on quality-related issues
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 annually
Quality Engineer Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Quality Engineering experience in aerospace or similar industry
- Knowledge of AS9100/AS9102 standards
- Experience with internal audits and First Article Inspections
- Proficiency in GD&T and ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Experience with quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, or CPK preferred
