This is a full-time, on-site role located in Arlington, WA, for a Junior Sales Executive. The Junior Sales Executive will focus on driving sales, engaging with clients, and building strong relationships with retail locations and customers. Key responsibilities include data entry, use of VMI and Headset, maintaining house accounts, providing excellent customer service over email and phone, assisting with order processing, and ensuring the timely delivery of products.

Additionally, the role involves collaboration with the sales team to meet revenue goals and representing Constellation Cannabis to promote our product portfolio at retail locations for vendor days or industry events.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Sales abilities, with experience in identifying opportunities, presenting products, and meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Organizational and time management skills, including managing accounts and maintaining accurate records
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry and enthusiasm for cannabis products is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic sales environment
• Proficient in CRM tools, Headset, Google Business
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in a related field is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
