Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a fast-paced technology-focused location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points, verify visitor and delivery activity, and follow site protocols for entry, exit, and credential issues while maintaining a professional presence.;
Support daily operations by completing incident reports, noting maintenance or security-related concerns, and sharing relevant information with Allied Universal leadership and/or site management.
