Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician

We're looking for a technician to support and oversee repair of Walmart’s warehouse refrigeration HVAC equipment. The role requires strong HVAC and refrigeration skills, use of hand, digital, and power tools to complete maintenance tasks.

• Maintain and repair refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets, using commercial HVAC skills.
• Utilize work order management system to receive and document repair work orders.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required training to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, travel up and down ladders, and work at heights.

• 2 years of commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance experience.
• Type I/Type II or universal EPA refrigerant handling certification.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Completion of a 2‑year HVAC/R program.
• City or state mechanical license.

• Hourly wage $25.00–$50.00, based on experience and location.
