This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Service and Sales Technician based in Arlington, WA. The Service and Sales Technician will diagnose and solve customer issues related to foundation repair, basement waterproofing, and other services. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, conducting inspections, recommending tailored solutions, and delivering sales presentations. This role also involves ongoing training to ensure expertise in products and services while meeting individual and team sales goals.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication, with a focus on providing a positive client experience
• Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation, with an ability to close deals and present tailored solutions
• Experience in Training or willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to work on‑site and meet the physical requirements of the role
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in related fields are a plus
• Previous experience in the construction, repair, or home improvement industry is an advantage
