In this safety-sensitive position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every guest's luggage is managed safely and efficiently. As part of the Destinations Guest Operations team, you'll be responsible for assisting guests, especially those with mobility requirements, while maintaining the station's high standards. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with team members to enhance the overall travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest luggage through various processes

• Assist with train arrivals and departures for guests

• Maintain cleanliness and order at stations

• Address problems proactively and communicate solutions

• Cater to special requirements of mobility-challenged guests

Requirements:

• Experience in the customer service field is required

• Holding a valid Class 5 AB or BC Driver’s License is advantageous

• Highly organized and attentive to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Capacity to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
