HVAC Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Categorize incoming requests in the Sales Inbox

• Prepare and issue quotations with selection tools

• Create and maintain projects in CRM systems

• Liaise between customers and internal teams

• Resolve inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar

• 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferable

• Familiarity with HVAC or hydronic systems is beneficial

• Strong command of French and English

• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
