As Global Product Lead Genetics, you join the Global Marketing Team to develop and execute the global genetic product portfolio strategy, directly influencing how farmers build healthier, more productive herds across the globe.
What are you going to do?As Global Product Lead Genetics at CRV, you drive the global marketing strategy for the genetic product portfolio. You identify market opportunities based on trends, technology, and innovation, ensuring our offerings align perfectly with customer needs. Leading your dedicated team, you collaborate with Product Development, R&D, and Sales to position CRV's genetic solutions for maximum impact in a competitive, evolving market.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the Global Product Management Genetics team, creating a motivating work environment
- Develop comprehensive global product strategies for the genetics portfolio, from concept development to market introduction
- Manage specialized sales concepts including Feed Excel, Sexed Semen, and Beef on Dairy programs
- Translate customer needs and technological innovations into market-leading genetic products
- Strengthen CRV's position through strategic product positioning and differentiation
- Monitor industry trends and ensure all products comply with international regulations
- Provide expert training and guidance on genetics product management across the organization
- Create effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve commercial targets

Job requirements:
- Master's degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in product management, B2B marketing and/or sales
- Deep knowledge of genetics, genomics, breeding values, and global breeding programs
- Experience in bovine genetics or related field strongly preferred
- Demonstrated project management expertise with strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch (additional languages are a a plus)
- Willingness to travel internationally
