Je brengt structuur, bewaakt voortgang en zorgt dat de juiste mensen en expertise worden samengebracht om doelstellingen te halen.
Je stelt plannen en mijlpalen op, bewaakt budgetten en risico’s, en faciliteert overleg en besluitvorming met de programmamanager en vakspecialisten.
